People with problems with their immune system are more likely to get certain kinds of cancer. The types of cancer they are likely to get are generally cancers that are caused by viruses, like cervical cancer.

If someone is ill, it doesn’t, however, automatically mean they are at more risk of getting cancer – as it generally people with very weak immune systems who are most at risk, such as people with AIDS or people on immune system reduction medicine.
