Question: If you were really tall but had really small feet would you have to have a wheelchair because you would fall over ?

  Hmm… I suppose you would, because your weight would be distributed over a small area, and would increase the likelihood of imbalance as you walked along. It would also be quite painful, because the pressure on the soles of the feet (and on the ankles) would be increased – and so a wheelchair might be a good idea.
