Question: how hard was your phd?

  It was hard work at times: I worked quite long hours through most of it and sometimes I got really fed up. A PhD isn’t supposed to be easy, if it was everyone would have one! But I also had a lot of fun doing it and I made some very good friends. Plus I had a very good supervisor who was always willing to help me when I was struggling.

Question: how hard was your phd?
