0 Question: I don't really understand your job- how do you do science on a computer??? Asked by gracealysha2010 to Iain on 14 Jun 2010 in Categories: Scientist.
Iain Moal answered on 14 Jun 2010:
Well, computers are really good at solving equations. A lot of my work is based on the laws of nature, which are described by equations that can be hard to solve. So, I write computer programs so the computer can solve them for me.
