• Question: In which countries do tornadoes forms?

      I know they can form in the USA… I’m sure they can happen in other countries too, but I don’t know. Take a look at this map that I just found on the internet though, the orange colour indicates areas where tornadoes can happen. The UK is included!

      I think that more countries get tornadoes than others, but tornadoes can form in any country, so long as the atmospheric conditions are right.

      America has the most tornados per year. In fact, 90 % of all tornados happen in Amercia! This is because of the unique atmosphere and climate there:

      Unfortunately, I don’t know much about this kind of natural phenomenon, but hopefully you have read some interesting things in the links above.

      I don’t know if they can form in every country, but I saw one in England once – I watched it from the car window when I was on my way home from Heathrow Airport.
