Algebra is very important. It is the foundation of a lot of mathematics, and without it science and technology would be severly impoverished.

Algebra is extremely important, as it forms the basis of much of mathematics – and from there, science, engineering and technology… So yes, algebra is of enormous importance!

Algebra is very important for making the modern world work. Algebra is behind the equations that architects use to make sure that new buildings don’t fall down. It is how car designers make sure the brakes in cars are able to make the cars stop or to design the engine.

There are very few things in our lives that aren’t there because of algebra, from computers to businesses – they all rely on algebra.

I’m afraid that algebra is very important!
It’s important for many professions, not just science – but engineers, architects, plumbers, electricians, computer scientists and many more people have to use algebra.
Without algebra, our world would be a much less technologically advanced place.
