All the different cancers have different symptoms, but Cancer Research UK have made a great website where you can pick the cancer you are interested in (from a really long list of the most common types) and check out what the symptoms are.

The link for the website is: http://www.cancerhelp.org.uk/

I’m afraid that different cancers all have different symptoms, depending on which part of the body they’re in. The important thing is to know your body and notice things that change. For example, if you have moles that start growing or changing shape, that can be an indication of skin cancer and you should definitely see your doctor. And if you find a lump on your body that doesn’t go away after a couple of weeks, that is worth getting checked out as it could be a tumour (but don’t panic if you have lumps – they can be caused by lots of other things too!).
