Ahhh – that’s a good question. Skin cancer can be lots of different colours. Sometimes it might be really dark – like the colour of moles or even darker, and sometimes it can be very pale or like the colour inside a cut. And sometimes it will be exactly the same colour the normal skin is.
Good point Jo, not all tumours look the same. In fact, isiphee1, there are even some non-cancerous tumours that look like teeth or hair or bones – basically the tumour-forming cells have got confused and turned into something completely innapropriate!
