      A tumour is basically a mass of cells that have grown way too much. Sometimes you can feel this tumour as a lump under your skin. From the outside, you might not be able to see anything at all, or you might be able to see a bump, depending on how large the tumour is and how deep under the skin it is. If you were to cut the tumour out, it would look a bit like a lump of meat!
