My favourite subjects were biology and history. I quite liked PE too (except when we had to play hockey).

We did a module in history about the history of medicine which I really enjoyed – did you know that plastic surgery was invented thousands of years ago, and that the first ‘nose-jobs’ were done in India about 2,500 years ago?!!

Biology and English! Well, as you see, I needed them both to do what I’m doing now!

      Physics!

But so much of what your favourite subject is dependent on the way it is taught, that if my, for example, history teacher had been better then maybe I would have ended up as an historian! The trick is to try and find out about the subject outside the classroom to see how much your teacher is positively or negatively influencing your views on the subject.

My favourite subjects at school were probably chemistry and biology. But when I got to university I realised that chemistry was a bit too hard for me, so I stuck to biology.

      Hmmm…
I liked lots of subjects, but the science ones were the best. I liked maths too.
