• Question: when you are reaserching cancer cures, does it ever upset you to think we may never find a cure?

      It’s true that we’ll almost certainly never find a single cure for all cancers, and that is a bit sad. But scientists are making progress all the time, developing new drugs and improving the outcome for cancer patients, so I focus on these positive things!

      Sometimes I get upset by how many people get horrible diseases like cancer, and that we won’t be able to keep everyone we love alive for ever, but then I’m cheered up by knowing that I’m doing my best to do something about it.
