We definitely try to do things the cheapest way we can – without compromising the quality of the research of course. We get our money from charity and from taxes so it would be awful to waste it.

We try to be environmentally friendly too – we try not to waste electricity and recycle the paper that we don’t need anymore.

Yes, I always think about how much an experiment is going to cost, and make sure I don’t waste money – I think this is especially important because a lot of my funding is from a charity.

I always try to not waste too much material, since we use a huge amount of not recyclable plastic and a lot of money for each experiment
