• Question: why does the radio and chemotherapy take so long for the treatment to show any results

      When treating cancer, the aim is to get rid of ALL the cancer cells so that the cancer doesn’t come back. I think that the treatments go on for a long time to make sure the doctors have the best chance of eliminating all the cancer cells.
